Processing

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders received after 2PM will be begin being processed the following business day(Monday to Friday).

Shipping

We ship domestically to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping times depend on your location in the USA. If you live down the street from us in Michigan, you’ll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. If a package can’t be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, usroyalhoney.com not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

  • Free Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days(Mon-Fri) using USPS or UPS SurePost. Minimum order amount $39.99
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-4 Business Days(Mon-Fri) for $9.99.
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 Business Days(Mon-Fri) for $17.99.

Note: we do not offer Expedited or Express shipping options to P.O.boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Change Of Address

Multiple Addresses

We don’t offer the shipment to multiple addresses for one order. If you’d like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately at INFO@THEVIPHONEY.COM

Wrong Address

If you provide the wrong address during checkout and our product is returned to us then you will be responsible for all shipping costs for re-sending the product.

Delayed

However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed over 11 business days.

Tracking An Order

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.
